|1. Change of electricity supplier at the Pavilion
The current contract with EDF ends in April 2023. Alternative quotes were sought from EDF, Octopus Energy and British Gas Lite.
Octopus Energy has been selected on the grounds of cost, green credentials and their high SEG payment price. The new contract will start in April 2023.
2. Renewal of greenspace management contract
The three-year contract with our greenspace management company was up for renewal at the end of this financial year. Alternative providers were approached but their quotes were far higher than the current provider. We have agreed a price of £5,414.01 for the next financial year based on the same terms and schedule as the previous agreement. This is an increase from £4,798 (March 2020).
