Residents complained that the existing dog poo bin and rubbish bin at the Bloor Homes play area were overflowing and not being emptied. After contacting Bloor Homes and Atlantis (the management company) it became apparent that they were likely to remove the bins as they cost of emptying them had not been factored into their contract. The dog poo bin was removed and the rubbish bin has subsequently been taped up. Norse agreed to install a dog poo bin on the bridleway that leads into the estate by Woods Lane for £195. Installation took place on the 19^th May 2021 and payment was made on the 7^th June 2021. Payment was made against CIL.

2.     Emergency Tree Works – Leeks Hill Woods

A resident contacted the office on the 9^th June to inform them that a large tree branch had fallen onto their fence. A tree surgeon was contacted and he carried out the following work: Tidying up of willow tree which had failed at root system, removal of adjacent dead birch and reduction of existing willow which was identified in the recent Tree Safety Survey. Cost was £480. Payment will be made against CIL (EMR Sinking Fund)
