To review the Hall Farm Road Sports Ground consultation taking place on 25th September 2021 (REC(21)73.01). Asst Clerk to report

21.73.02 Hall Farm Road Sports Ground Fence, Paths and Bins

To receive a report regarding the broken fence, muddy paths and request for additional bins at Hall Farm Road Sports Ground. (REC(21)73.02) Asst Clerk to report.

21.73.03 Beresford Drive Play Area

To review the recent Annual Play Inspection of the Beresford Drive Play Area. Asst Clerk to report.

21.73.04 Saxon Way Footpath

To receive a report regarding the footpath running behind Saxon Way and a resident’s request to improve the path (REC(21)73.04) Asst Clerk to report.

To consider suitable projects to apply for the AONB grants available for the riverbank land. Asst Clerk to report.

21.74 Maintenance Officer

To receive a verbal report regarding the footpath along Waterhead Lane. Asst Clerk to report.

To discuss a request by residents/users for a sign regarding dog fouling. Asst Clerk to report.

21.77.01 Pavilion

To discuss the proposed storage solution whilst the Pavilion is demolished and rebuilt (REC(21)77.01) Asst Clerk to report.

21.78 Grit Bins

To consider purchasing grit bins (£150-450 per bin) for Church View Close, St Andrews Place, Beresford Drive (replacement) and Longwood Fields estate.
