The great British Spring Clean is fast approaching and Cllr James is looking for volunteers to carry out litter picks in Melton on the following dates:
4th June – 10am- Riverside Car Park (meet in the car park)
9th June – 10am – Hall Farm Road recreation ground
13th June – 10am – Melton Playing Field and Burkes Wood (meet in the playing field car park)
It is advisable to bring your own gloves and your own litter grabber if you have one. Some grabbers will be available for use.
