Join us for an evening listening out for nightjars and hear about the importance of active management to conserve the mosaic habitat of the lowland heathland. Attendees will need to be able to cover approx.. 2 km on foot over uneven terrain after dusk. |

Wednesday 30 July 2025 17:00-19:00 | Guided tour of RSPB Minsmere on the East Atlantic Flyway – led by Adam Rowlands, RSPB
Visited by millions of birds annually, RSPB Minsmere is a key part of the extensive network of coastal wetlands along the east coast that have collectively been nominated for UNESCO status as a Natural World Heritage site, as the English East Coast Wetlands, which in turn form part of the East Atlantic Flyway, for their global significance for migratory wetlands birds travelling between the Arctic and southern Africa. |
