Living, working or just a visitor to Melton you will know what a wonderful village this is. We have everything: the river, parks, two churches, woodlands, farmland, housing for all, education facilities, community buildings, workspace for many types of business, public transport and shops; and at Melton Parish Council we are very keen to protect our village.
In 2018 Melton Parish Council established a Neighbourhood Plan. Over the last 6 years this Plan has helped us to protect our village from unwanted growth and improve our public spaces. Our Plan now needs to be refreshed and this is where we need your help.
