The gutter at the front of 17 Riduna Park is leaking and so quotes were received for fixing the issue. Unfortunately it is not a simple repair due to the design of the building and because the gutter has split rather than the joint failing. Two quotes were sought for the work:
Quote 1 – £395 to cut back the roof sheet and repair the split Quote 2 – £900 to use scissor lift to access gutter, clean and remove straps to get to joint Quotes were shared with FERM. It has been decided to appoint the first contractor and work is scheduled to take place on the 20th June.
