Enable Fitness Therapy – Monday afternoons – 2-3pm and 3-4pm
Strength and Mobility classes – low impact classes to support all abilities to build and maintain their strength. Especially beneficial for those looking to manage joint problems, maintain strength and muscle mass while aging, and manage any health conditions.
The Actors Training Academy (TATA) – Monday evenings – 4.45 – 8.45pm
High quality training for young actors.
Deben WI – Every Third Tuesday of the month at 2pm
Exercise, movement and dance – Wednesdays 1.30 – 2.30pm
Join Jane for fun and a wriggle and giggle for some exercise and movement. All ages and abilities welcome. Why not give it a try?

Dilys Dance Studio – Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
KS Yoga – Thursday mornings
75 minutes of gentle movement to unwind, release tension, increase flexibility and soothe the mind, finishing with 15 minutes of guided mediation (in the form of traditional yoga nidra).
Chani Yoga – Friday mornings
Hello my name’s Chani,
I run a Yoga class on Friday mornings, 9.30-10.45, I charge £10 per session or offer block payment of £45 for block of 5.
Yoga helps to strengthen and tone the body as well as improving flexibility and to reduce stress in the body and mind.
My training is bases on Traditional Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar, Shadow and Forrest Yoga, I also hold a diploma in Thai yoga massage and Level 2 certificate in Les mills Body Balance.
My classes are dynamic and currently I offer a mixed ability class, even though I am serious about my practice I also like to bring a sense of play into class so feel free to come try and hopefully have some fun and walk away feeling better for the weekend.
It is advisable to bring your own yoga mat and any other aids are helpful ( yoga block) but not essential.
