Hire of the Pavilion is generally split into 3 sessions:

Morning: 9am – 1pm
Afternoon: 1pm – 5pm
Evening: 5pm – 9pm (can be extended to 10pm)

Charges:

£16.50 (2 hours), £22 (3 hours) or £27.50 (4 hours) for weekday daytime sessions
£19.80 (2 hours), £27.50 (3 hours) or £33 (4 hours) for evening and weekend sessions

Any additional hours will be charged at £8.50 per hour (evening and weekends) and £7 (daytime).

Minimum hire charge is for 2 hours. All set up and pack up time must be included in the hire time requested. A 10% discount is available for charities and community groups as well as residents hiring for non-commercial events.

Unfortunately due to safety concerns and building size bouncy castles are not permitted. Nor is the use of smoke machines / effects.

If you would like to hire the Pavilion please check availability on our calendar below and complete the booking enquiry form. Your booking will be confirmed by email and you will receive a booking form to sign and an invoice for payment. To secure the booking, the hire charge must be paid in full before the booking takes place. All bookings are subject to the Hire Agreement.
