The list of pharmacies which are open on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day has now been published.
Pharmacies open in East of England
- Check that you will have enough repeat prescription medicine to last over the holidays and that it usually takes at least 48 hours for your GP practice to process a repeat prescription request
- The NHS 111 service is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week for urgent medical help and advice by telephone and online
- The Suffolk GP+ service offers evening,weekend and bank holiday GP and nurse appointments – ask at your surgery during its usual opening hours
