Suffolk County Council has confirmed that surface dressing works are due to be carried out on Wilford Bridge Road, between the railway crossing and roundabout with Orford Road and Sutton Road, overnight on Wednesday 1st May from 7pm to 5am.
The works had to be postponed due to bad weather. Road markings will be reinstalled between the 20th – 25th May, 7pm – 5am, weather dependant.
For the duration of the works, traffic will be diverted via A1152, B1069, B1078, A12, A1152 and vice versa.
Access to the Wilford Bridge Pub will be possible during the road closure, although short delays may be experienced.
